| Summary: | The aim of this research is to examine the relationship of interpersonal attraction and romantic relationship satisfaction with psychological well-being of early adulthood college student who are dating. The sample of this research are 201 women/college students that in a romantic relationship in Bandung by using probability sampling as a sampling technique. The data was obtained through instrument of interpersonal attraction to measure interpersonal attraction, Relationship Assesment Scale (RAS) to measure romantic relationship satisfaction, and Scale of Psychological Well-Being to measure psychological well-being that had been adapted by Desvita and Puspa (2012). This research used the correlational quantitative approach and multiple regression analysis technique to find the relationship and variables that affect this research. This research obtained correlation with contribution by 8% which shows that there is positive with low correlation of interpersonal attraction and romantic relationship satisfaction with psychological well-being of early adulthood college student who are dating in Bandung City.---- Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan daya tarik interpersonal dan kepuasan hubungan romantis dengan psychological well-being mahasisiwi dewasa awal yang berpacaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 201 orang wanita/mahasiswi yang sedang dalam hubungan romantis atau berpacaran di Bandung berusia 18-40 tahun dengan menggunakan probability sampling sebagai teknik sampling. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen daya tarik interpersonal untuk mengukur daya tarik interpersonal, kuesioner Relationship Assesment Scale (RAS) untuk mengukur kepuasan hubungan romantis, dan Scale of Psychological Well-Being untuk mengukur psychological well-being yang sudah diadaptasi oleh Desvita dan Puspa (2012). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda untuk mengetahui hubungan dan variabel yang memengaruhi. Penelitian ini memeroleh korelasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 8% yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang rendah dari daya tarik interpersonal dan kepuasan hubungan romantis dengan psychological well-being mahasisiwi dewasa awal yang berpacaran di Kota Bandung. |
