Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Motivasi Belajar Siswa, dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kompetensi profesional guru, motivasi belajar siswa, dan prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model likert scale. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 117 responden, yang kemudian ditarik sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan gambaran kompetensi profesional guru berada pada kategori tinggi, gambaran motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan gambaran prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Kompetensi Profesional Guru (X1) dan Motivasi belajar Siswa (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa.------This research was conducted at Vocational High School 1 Ciamis. The problems studied in this research is not optimal yet that student achievement in the subject of Filing in 10th grade of Vocational High School 1 Ciamis in major of Office Administration. This study consists of three variables: Teacher's Professional Competence, Student's Motivation, and Student's Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of the level Teacher's Professional Competence, Student's Motivation, and Student's Learning Achievement. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of teacher's professional competence and student's learning motivation on student's achievement in the subjects of 10th grade Filing at Vocational High School 1 Ciamis. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with likert scale model. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression. The population size is 117 respondents, which was then drawn by 90 respondents. Respondents in this study are the students from 10th grade of Office Administration at Vocational High School 1 Ciamis. Based on the results of the analysis, teacher's professional competence picture is in the high category, the students learning motivation is in the medium category, and the students learning achievement is in the medium category. Hypothesis test results obtained that the teacher's professional competence (X1) and Student Learning Motivation (X2) has no effect simultaneously and significantly on Student Learning Achievement.
