520 | |a Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena dan teori yang menunjukan bahwa peserta didik pada usia remaja mengalami penurunan optimisme. Peserta didik yang optimis lebih mampu bangkit dari keputusasaan, memiliki harapan yang kuat, bekerja keras, lebih bahagia, dan sehat secara fisik. Maka, diperlukan upaya bantuan untuk mengembangkan optimisme pada remaja. Tujuan penelitian ialah menghasilkan program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil optimisme peserta didik kelas X yang layak menurut pertimbangan pakar dan praktisi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 329 peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup optimis dan masih ditemukan peserta didik yang berada pada kategori rata-rata, cukup pesimis, dan sangat pesimis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disusun program bimbingan pribadi untuk mengembangkan optimisme peserta didik. Program yang disusun telah layak digunakan sebab telah diuji oleh pakar dan praktis. ---The study is motivated by phenomenon and theory which shows that adolescence students have decreased optimism. The optimistic students are better rising from despair, full of expectations, work hard, happier, and physically fit. Thus, it takes effort to develop adolecents' optimism. The study aims to produce a personal guidance program based on the optimistic profile of the appropriate class X students according to expert consideration and practitioners. The research used quantitative approach and descriptive method. The study is conducted to 329 class X students in SMA Negeri 2 Bandung in the academic year of 2017/2018. It is shown in the results that, in general, the students are in the category of adequately optimistic and it is found that students who are in the category of average, adequately pessimistic, and very pessimistic. Based on the optimism condition of the students obtained, a personal guidance program is formulated to develop students optimism. The program has been feasible to applied cause it has judgement by experts and practitioners. | ||
