Banyak nilai plus dari program Islamic full day school sendiri mulai dari kegiatan yang sifatnya kurikuler maupun non kurikuler serta praktik terbaik (best practice) ditemukan di dalamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan pendidikan Islam di Islamic full day school SMP Salman Al-Farisi Bandung mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil serta keunggulan dan kelemahan PAI pada program full day school. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian, digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pendidikan Islam diperluas ke dalam mata pelajaran tilawati, taḥfiż, matrikulasi, jam wali kelas, dan pembiasaan seven Sunnah. Kompetensi dasar dipetakan ke dalam aspek leadership dan green education; (2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam dilaksanakan oleh guru PAI, guru mapel lain, dan guru khusus yang terintegrasi dalam leadership, green education, dan IMTAQ; (3) Hasil pendidikan Islam dibuktikan dengan laporan khusus aplikasi pendidikan Islam; (4) Pengintegrasian konsep leadership, dan green education, dalam PAI serta pembiasaan seven sunnah menjadi keunggulan SMP SAF Islamic full day school untuk mencapai khalīfatullāh fīl Arḍi yang rahmatan lil'ālamīn". ---A full day Islamic school or better known as Islamic full day school is a superior, innovative and creative system or program to improve the management of Islamic education, especially learning management. Many plus values of full day school Islamic program itself ranging from activities that are curricular and non curricular and best practices (best practice) found in it. The purpose of this research is to know the management of Islamic education in Islamic full day school of SMP Salman Al-Farisi Bandung starting from planning, execution, and result and the advantages and weakness of PAI in full day school program. The research conducted using qualitative approach descriptive method. To obtain research data, used the method of observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) Islamic education planning expanded into subjects tilawati, taḥfiż, matriculation, classroom hours, and habituation of seven Sunnah. Basic competencies are mapped into aspects of leadership and green education; (2) Implementation of Islamic education is carried out by PAI teachers, other subject teachers, and special teachers integrated in leadership, green education, and IMTAQ; (3) The result of Islamic education is evidenced by a special report on the application of Islamic education; (4) The integration of leadership concepts, and green education, in PAI and the seven sunnah habits become the excellence of SMP SAF Islamic full day school to achieve khalīfatullāh fīl Arḍi the rahmatan lil'ālamīn ". | ||
