Summary:The aim of this research is to determine the description of students' interest and talent in school and students' achievement in the subject Introduction to Accounting and to determine the influence of interests and talents of students on students' achievement in Introduction to Accounting subject classes X-AK, X-PM, and X- AP SMK Kiansantang Bandung. The method used descriptive survey method, with the population of all students class X-AK, X-PM, X-AP SMK Kiansantang Bandung as many as 74 people. The technique used is saturated or census sampling. Interest and talent data were obtained from the test of interest and talents that have been processed by the LPPB FIP UPI, while the students' achievement data were obtained from document analysis. The data analysis technique was used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis that was normalized test, linearity test and hypothesis test using F test and t test. The calculations were performed with the help of the IBM SPSS V.23 program. The results of this study states: 1) Students have a high interest in the types of computational and clerical work. 2) The description of student talent is high on aspects of aufgaben and wortauswahl brands. 3) Student achievement on accounting introduction subjects are in low category. 4) Based on t test, the result of significance is 0,433> 0,05, it shows there is no influence of interest toward student achievement of class X SMK Kiansantang Bandung Academic Year 2016/2017 on introductory subject of accounting. 5) Based on t test, the result of significance is 0,023 <0,05, it shows that there is influence of talent toward student achievement of class X SMK Kiansantang Bandung Academic Year 2016/2017 on introductory subject of accounting.---- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran minat dan bakat siswa di sekolah serta prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pengantar Akuntansi, sekaligus untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat dan bakat siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pengantar Akuntansi kelas X-AK, X-PM, dan X-AP SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan metode survey deskriptif, dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas X-AK, X-PM, X-AP SMK Kiansantang Bandung sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik yang digunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Data minat dan bakat diperoleh dari hasil tes minat dan bakat yang telah diolah oleh pihak LPPB FIP UPI, sedangkan data prestasi belajar siswa diperoleh dari telaah dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial yaitu uji normalitas, uji linieritas serta untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS V.23. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan: 1) Siswa memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap jenis-jenis pekerjaan computational dan clerical. 2) Gambaran bakat siswa tinggi pada aspek merk aufgaben dan wortauswahl. 3) Prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi berada dalam kategori rendah. 4) Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,433 > 0,05, hal tersebut menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh minat terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK Kiansantang Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 pada mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi. 5) Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,023 < 0,05, hal tersebut menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh bakat terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK Kiansantang Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 pada mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi.
