Summary:Character education is actually learned by the school through quality learning activities. Leadership is part of strengthening the character of learners in which it includes personal qualities, refers to the image of cognitive integration and has an orientation to influence, assist others, direct, and motivate collective success. So far, there is no research that examines the trend of leadership behavior tendency of OSIS'S activist adolescent in the state high schools around Bandung. The purpose of this research is to know the general trend of leadership behavior of youth activist of OSIS. The method used is quantitative approach, conducted to 238 respondents, using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI). The result of the research shows that the tendency of leadership behavior of adolescent activist of OSIS is generally in the medium category. The results of this study, have implications for personal guidance services in the framework of improving the leadership behavior tendency of OSIS'S activist adolescent in the state high schools around Bandung.---- Pendidikan karakter sejatinya dipelajari sekolah melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang bermutu. Kepemimpinan merupakan bagian dari upaya penguatan karakter (character strength) peserta didik yang di dalamnya memuat kualitas pribadi, mengacu pada gambaran integrasi kognitif dan memiliki orientasi untuk memengaruhi, membantu orang lain, mengarahkan, serta memotivasi terhadap keberhasilan kolektif. Belum adanya penelitian yang mengkaji kecenderungan perilaku kepemimpinan remaja aktivis OSIS di SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui kecenderungan umum perilaku kepemimpinan remaja aktivis OSIS. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, dilakukan kepada 238 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kecenderungan perilaku kepemimpinan remaja aktivis OSIS secara umum berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian tersebut, berimplikasi bagi layanan bimbingan pribadi dalam kerangka meningkatkan perilaku kepemimpinan remaja aktivis OSIS di SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung.
