Summary: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan profil lulusan bidang keahlian Teknik Tenaga Elektrik Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia tahun 2010-2017 dan Relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Profil lulusan meliputi masa tunggu lulusan, persen lulusan yang sudah bekerja, dan penghasilan pertama yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian Tracer Study ini dilakukan secara survei. Subjek penelitian adalah lulusan bidang keahlian Teknik Tenaga Elektrik Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia tahun 2010-2017 sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil pengumpulan data dengan angket dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan persentase kemudian dideskripsikan sebagai gambaran profil dari lulusan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh : a. Alumni secara umum dapat terserap didunia kerja, sebesar 68% (25 orang) alumni Bidang Keahlian Teknik Tenaga Elektrik Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dengan masa tunggu kerja yaitu < 3 bulan, 19% (7 orang) dengan masa tunggu kerja 3-6 bulan, 8% (3 orang) dengan masa tunggu kerja 6-12 bulan dan 3% (1 orang) dengan masa tunggu kerja > 12 bulan, b. Alumni menganggap bahwa kurikulum yang dikembangkan oleh Prodi sudah cukup sesuai. c. 65% alumni Bidang Keahlian Teknik Tenaga Elektrik Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia menerima upah lebih dari Rp 5.000.000. ---This study aims to identify the profile of graduates in Electrical Power Engineering Department of Electrical Engineering Education University of Indonesia Education 2010-2017 and the relevance of the curriculum to the needs of the labor market. Graduates' profiles include graduation periods, percent of graduates already employed, and earned first. The research method of Tracer Study is conducted by survey. The subjects of this research are graduates of Electrical Power Engineering Department of Electrical Engineering Education University of Indonesia Education 2010-2017 as many as 36 people. Results of data collection by questionnaire and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis with percentage then described as profile picture from graduate. The results obtained: a. Alumni in general can be absorbed in the workplace, as much as 68% (25 people) alumni of Electric Power Engineering Department of Electrical Engineering Education University of Indonesia Education with waiting period of work that is <3 months, 19% (7 people) with waiting period of 3-6 month, 8% (3 persons) with waiting period of 6-12 months and 3% (1 person) with waiting period> 12 months, b. Alumni considers that the curriculum developed by Prodi is quite appropriate. c. 65% of alumni of Electrical Engineering Department of Indonesian Education University received more than Rp 5,000,000. |
