520 | |a Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen performance assessment sebagai bentuk tes kinerja dengan model individual performance assessment yang dapat mengukur kemampuan siswa setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran atau latihan, khususnya pada keterampilan administrasi server jaringan komputer (instalasi sistem operasi server, konfigurasi DNS, Web, Mail, dan FTP server) yang dikembangkan ke dalam jenis rubrik penilaian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) sebanyak sepuluh tahap yaitu potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain produk, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, revisi produk, ujicoba pemaikaian, produk jadi dan produksi masal. Sebelum diuji instrumen divalidasi isi oleh 5 (lima) ahli dalam Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, kemudian direvisi dan diuji validitas konstruksi oleh guru, hasilnya diperoleh nilai koefisien validitas isi dengan teknik Content Validaty Ratio (CVR) berkisar 0,60 sampai dengan 1,00. Hasil penelitian ini adalah instrumen performance assessment yang memiliki validitas tinggi dan dapat mengungkap kinerja siswa sehingga hasilnya dapat dikategorikan sangat baik, baik, cukup atau kurang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen performance assessment yang dikembangkan memenuhi syarat sebagai alat tes yang baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai instrument untuk menilai kinerja siswa pada keterampilan adminsitrasi server jaringan komputer.----This study aims to produce a performance assessment instrument as a form of performance test with an individual performance assessment model wich is able measure students skills after have gone through the processes of learning or exercises, especially on the computer network administration skills (installation operating system server, configuration DNS, Web, Mail, and FTP server) developed into the assessment rubric. The research was conducted using research and development (R&D) method and implemented into ten main stages, potential problems, data collection, product design, product design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, trial of production, finished product, and mass production. Before tested, instrument were validated by 5 (five) experts in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) using a quantitative approach, then revised and tested the validity of construction by teachers, the results obtained value of content validity coefficient with Content Validity Ratio (CVR) technique ranging from 0.60 to 1.00. The results of this study are performance assessment instrument that have high validity and can reveal student performance so that the results can be categorized very good, good, enough or less. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the developed performance assessment instrument qualifies as a good test instrument and can be used as an instrument to assess student performance on computer network server administration skills. | ||
