Skripsi Program Studi Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi, Departemen Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Tahun 2018. UPT Perpustakaan UNISBA memiliki layanan koleksi skripsi hanya dalam bentuk digital, hal ini merupakan sebuah keunikan yang jarang ditemukan pada perpustakaan perguruan tinggi lainnya. Layanan koleksi skripsi digital menjadi salah satu layanan yang kurang bisa dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh pemustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan koleksi skripsi digital dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses, tingkat, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan koleksi skripsi digital dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S-1 Universitas Islam Bandung dan memanfaatkan koleksi skripsi digital. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu angket dengan skala Likert yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan koleksi skripsi digital dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka berada dalam kategori kuat, dengan proses pemanfaatan koleksi skripsi digital dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka berada dalam kategori sangat kuat, tingkat pemanfaatan koleksi skripsi digital dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka berada dalam kategori kuat, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan koleksi skripsi digital dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka berada dalam kategori kuat. Digital thesis collection services are one of the services that users cannot use properly. This study aims to determine how working is the use of digital thesis collections in meeting the information needs of users. The specific purpose of this study is describe the process, level, and factors that influence the use of digital thesis collections in meeting the information needs of users. The research used descriptive methods wit quantitative approach. The population of this study is undergraduate students of Bandung Islamic University and it utilized a digital thesis collection. The sampling technique in this study is Simple Random Sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the use of digital thesis collections in meeting the information needs of users in a strong category, with the process of utilizing digital thesis collections in meeting the information needs of users in a falling in the very strong category, the level of utilization of digital thesis collections in meeting the information needs of users is in the strong category , and the factors that influence the utilization of digital thesis collections in meeting the information needs of users are in the strong category.
