Purpose; this study was to determine how much influence the principal transformational leadership and achievement motivation of teachers to the teacher's' teaching performance. Research methods; descriptive analysis, quantitative approach, technique product moment correlation analysis, determination and regression using SPSS_20. The data was collected through questionnaires. Population; this study are primary school teachers in the district of North Cimahi amounted to 353 people, with a total sample of 140 respondents. Results; data analysis found that transformational leadership influence on the performance of the school head teacher teaching at 0.902 (81.3%). The influence of achievement motivation of teachers to the teacher's teaching performance of 0.903 (81.5%). While the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation of teacher against teacher teaching performance of 0.909 (82.7%). In the regression equation in this study were obtained y=0.651 +0,443X1+0,376X2, shows the influence is positive, meaning that if there is a change of the unit variables of transformational leadership and achievement motivation of teacher, it will be followed by changes in the teachers' teaching performance. Conclusion; a significant difference between transformational leadership and achievement motivation of teachers against teachers' teaching performance. Recommendations; improve the performance of teachers to teach is to boost the dimension of assessment of learning, intellectual stimulation and individual sensitivity of school leadership and teacher participation in professional development teacher training.---- Kinerja mengajar guru menjadi tumpuan dalam mencapai harapan kualitas lulusan lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena peran guru dalam proses belajar mengajar perlu mendapat perhatian dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor di antaranya adalah kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Metode penelitian; analisis deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik analisis dengan korelasi product moment, determinasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 20. Pengumpulan data melalui angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru-guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cimahi Utara berjumlah 353 orang, dengan sampel berjumlah 140 responden. Hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 0,902 (81,3%). Pengaruh motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 0,903 (81,5%). Sedangkan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 0,909 (82,7%). Pada persamaan regresi pada penelitian ini diperoleh Ŷ=0,651+0,443X1+0,376X2, bertanda positif menunjukkan adanya pengaruh, artinya jika terjadi perubahan satu unit variabel kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru, maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan pada kinerja mengajar guru. Kesimpulannya, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru adalah dengan meingkatkan dimensi penialain pembelajaran, melakukan stimulasi intelektual dan kepekaan individual kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan peranserta guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan peningkatan profesional guru. | ||
