Make-Up Artist adalah tenaga ahli dalam bidang tata rias wajah. Kesiapan sebagai make-up artist adalah keseluruhan kondisi peserta pelatihan program keahlian tata kecantikan kulit untuk mempersiapkan diri menjadi tenaga kerja profesional dalam usaha bidang kecantikan yang bertujuan untuk melayani klien dengan hasil baik dan maksimal. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data mengenai manfaat hasil belajar airbrush make-up sebagai kesiapan menjadi make-up artist. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk memecahkan dan menjawab masalah yang terjadi metode penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menggali data mengenai manfaat hasil pelatihan airbrush make-up sebagai kesiapan menjadi make-up artist pada peserta pelatihan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan airbrush make-up Chenny Han beauty school. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta pelatihan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan Chenny Han beauty school sejumlah 26 orang tahun ajaran 2017. Temuan penelitian mengenai manfaat hasil pelatihan airbrush make-up ditinjau dari beberapa aspek, diantaranya 1) Penguasaan konsep dasar airbrush make-up, menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya 73,1% responden sudah mampu memahami konsep dasar airbrush make-up, 2) Penguasaan pengetahuan bentuk dan koreksi wajah, serta jenis - jenis kulit wajah, menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya 76,9% responden sudah mampu menguasai pengetahuan bentuk dan koreksi wajah, serta jenis-jenis kulit wajah, 3) Penguasaan pengetahuan alat, kosmetik, bahan dan lenan airbrush make-up, menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya 88,5% responden sudah mampu menguasai alat, kosmetik, bahan dan lenan airbrush make-up. 4) Penguasaan pengetahuan sanitasi dan higienitasi airbrush make-up menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya 53,8% responden sudah mampu menguasai pengetahuan sanitasi dan higienisasi airbrush make-up, serta 5) Penguasaan keterampilan merias wajah airbrush make-up, menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya 73,1% responden sudah mampu menguasai keterampilan merias wajah airbrush make-up.---- Make-Up Artists are experts in the field of makeup. Readiness as a make-up artist is the overall condition of the trainee program procedures skin care expertise in the preparation for professional workers in the field of beauty businesses that aim to serve clients with good results and maximum. The aim of this research is to obtain data on the benefits of learning outcomes airbrush make-up as the readiness into make-up artist. The method used in this research is descriptive method of research methods used to solve and answer problems that occur research method is intended to collect data on the benefits of training results airbrush make-up as the readiness into the make-up artist on trainees who have attended airbrush make-up course at Chenny Han beauty school. The sample in this research that trainees who have attended training at Chenny Han beauty school number 26 of the school year 2017. The research findings on the benefits of training results airbrush make-up in terms of several aspects, including 1) Mastery of the basic concepts of airbrush make-up, indicating that in general, 73,1% of the respondents have been able to understand the basic concepts of airbrush make-up, 2) mastery of knowledge forms and face correction, as well as types - skin type, shows that in general, 76,9% of the respondents have been able to master the knowledge of the shape and face correction, as well as the types of skin, 3) Mastery of knowledge tools, cosmetics, materials and linen airbrush make-up, indicating that in general 88,5% of the respondents have been able to master the tools, cosmetics, materials and linen airbrush make-up. 4) Mastery of the knowledge of sanitation and hygienisation airbrush make-up show that in general, 53,8% of the respondents have been able to master the knowledge of sanitation and hygienisation airbrush make-up, and 5) Mastery of skills makeup airbrush makeup, show that in general 73,1% of the respondents have been able to master the skills of the makeup airbrush makeup.
