Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan achievement goals dengan kematangan karir. Pendektan yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebnayak 400 siswa SMA di Kota Bandung. Instrumen pada penelitian ini dalam Achievements Golas Questionnare- Revised dan Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) form c. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa dari keempat tipe achievement goals hanya tipe mastery approach-goals yang memilik korelasi, sedangkan untuk tipe mastery avoidance-goals, tipe performance-approach goals, dan tipe performance-avoidance goals tidak memiliki korelasi dengan kematangan karir pada siswa SMA di Kota Bandung. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah memperluas kriteria subjek yang akan diteliti. Kriteria bisa didasarkan pada teori kematangan karir di tahap eksplorasi remaja yaitu usia 14-24 tahun.--- The study aimed to determine the relation between achievement goals and career maturity for students at senior high school of Bandung. This study used quantitative approach with correlation analysis. The sample in this study amounted at 400 student at Senior High School in City of Bandung. The instrument of this research are Achievement Goals Questionnare-Revised and Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) form c. The result form the four type showed that achievement goals just a type of mastery-approach goals that has correlation with career maturity,while the mastery-avoidance goals type, performance-approach goals type, and perfromance-avoidance goals type has not correlation with career maturty for student at Senior High School of Bandung. The recommendations for the next researcher is the characteristics of subject can be more explored based on the theory of career maturity in the exploration stage of adolescents in the range of age 14-24 year old.
