Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Reactions to Homosexuality Scale dari Ross & Rosser (1996), Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale dari Rosenberg (1965), dan Satisfaction with Life Scale dari Diener (1985). Adapun hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa kaum gay di LSM X memiliki tingkat internalized homophobia tergolong sangat rendah dengan tingkat kepuasan hidup yang tinggi melalui mediasi self-esteem.---- This study aims to determine the effect of internalized homophobia on gay's life satisfaction with self-esteem mediation in NGO X. This research uses quantitative approach with regression analysis technique. A total of 152 respondents were taken as samples using purposive sampling. The questionnaires used in this study were Reactions to Homosexuality Scale from Ross & Rosser (1996), Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale from Rosenberg (1965), and Satisfaction with Life Scale from Diener (1985). The regression test results show that gays in NGO X have a very low level of internalized homophobia with high level of life satisfaction through self-esteem mediation. | ||
