Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas soal Ujian Akhir Semester Genap Mata Pelajaran Sistem dan Instalasi Tata Udara kelas XI Bidang Keahlian TPTU di SMK Negeri 8 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yang dilihat dari segi validitas butir soal, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda dan keefektifan penggunaan distraktor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Bidang Keahlian TPTU yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah soal Ujian Akhir Semester Genap Mata Pelajaran Sistem dan Instalasi Tata Udara, kunci jawaban dan jawaban siswa. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi yaitu: butir soal, kunci jawaban dan jawaban siswa. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan microsoft excel 2010 mengetahui nilai validitas butir soal, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda dan keefektifan penggunaan distraktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan soal Ujian Akhir Semester Genap Mata Pelajaran Sistem dan Instalasi Tata Udara kelas XI Bidang Keahlian TPTU di SMK Negeri 8 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 termasuk soal yang kurang baik. -----This study aims to find out the quality of the final test of even semester Subject Class System and Installation of Air Conditioning Class XI Field of TPTU Expertise at SMK Negeri 8 Bandung Academic Year 2016/2017 which viewed in terms of the validity of items, reliability, difficulty, distinguishing and effectiveness Use of distractors. This research is an evaluation research with quantitative approach. The subjects of this study are all students of class XI Expertise Field of TPTU which amounted to 21 students. The object of this study is about Final Exam of Even Semester Aircraft System and Air Condition System Installation, answer key and student answer. Data obtained by using the method of documentation are: a grain of questions, answer key and student answer. Then the data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010 to know the validity of item, reliability, difficulty, distinguishing and effectiveness of distractor usage. The result of the research shows that the whole question of Final Exam Semester of System and Installation Unit of Air Class XI of TPTU Expertise in SMK Negeri 8 Bandung in academic year 2016/2017 including the item of less good
