| Summary: | Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif di kelas X SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa dan rendahnya tingkat kehadiran siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu konsep diri (X) dan motivasi belajar siswa (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat konsep diri dan motivasi belajar siswa dan seberapa besar pengaruh konsep diri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaan produktif di kelas XSMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 49 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa konsep diri berada pada kategori tinggi dan motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tipnggi. Hasiil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terphadap motivasi belajar siswa. ;---This reseach was conducted at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The problem that became the study in this study is the low level of student learning motivation in productive subjects in class X SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. It is characterized by not yet optimal student learning soutcomes and low level of student attendance. This research consisted of two bariables, self-concetpt (X), student learning motivation (Y). It aims to find abouth the levels self-concept and student learning motivation and the extent to wthich self concept toward learning mmotivation of student and self concept influence the learning motivation on The Productive Lesson of Vacational High School of Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The methods used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif methods. Data collection techniques using question form were analyzed using simple regression.The populations in this study amounts to 49 respondent who were the tenth grade student of Office Administration Program of Vocational High School of Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Based on the research result, it is found that self-concept were at the high category and student learning motivation at the high category. The result of hypothesis test show that levels of self-concept positively and significantly influenced students learning motivation. |
