Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 150 karyawati bank yang berusia 25-40 tahun di Kota Bandung. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah Work-Family Conflict Scale untuk mengukur work-family conflict dan Career Competencies Scale untuk mengukur career competencies. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari work-family conflict terhadap career competencies. Artinya, work-family conflict menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya career competencies pada karyawati bank di Kota Bandung.;---The aims of the study determine the effect of work-family conflict toward career competencies on bank employee in Bandung. The method used is quantitative method with a sample amount 150 bank employee in Bandung. The research used Work-Family Conflict (WFCS) to measure work-family conflict and Career Competencies Scale (CCS) to measure career competencies. Data analysis technique use are linear regression. The result suggests that effect of work-family conflict toward career competencies are significant. That is, the work-family conflict becomes the factor that influences the emergence of career competencies on bank employee in Bandung. | ||
