520 | |a Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh praktik Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah yang masih minim atau kurang maksimal. Secara umum, jumlah jam pelajaran agama di sekolah rata-rata 3 jam per minggu. Dengan alokasi waktu yang minim, tidak dapat membekali peserta didik dengan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan agama yang memadai. Melihat permasalahan ini, maka pengembangan kurikulum PAI menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan baik oleh lembaga terkait maupun oleh guru PAI sendiri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1)pengembangan tujuan PAI (2) pengembangan substansi PAI (3) pengembangan implementasi PAI (4) pengembangan evaluasi PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa pengembangan tujuan PAI adalah mengembangkan kemampuan akademik serta mengedepankan nilai-nilai karakter Islam pada diri siswa. Adapun pengembangan substansi PAI dikembangkan ke dalam dua bentuk, yaitu bentuk intrakurikuler, berupa mata pelajaran Tarjamah dan bentuk school culture (pembiasaan sekolah) berupa Tahfiẓ dan Taqwa Character Building (TCB). Pengembangan evaluasi terhadap kurikulum PAI yang dikembangkan dilaksanakan dalam dua kegiatan yakni oleh evaluasi masing-masing unit sekolah Darul Hikam dan evaluasi oleh tim khusus dari Yayasan Darul Hikam.----- The background to the research is the practice of Islamic Education teaching and learning in schools that is not optimal. In general, the average time allocated for religious lesson is 3 lesson hours per week. With the minimum time allocation, it is not possible to equip students with adequate religious knowledge, attitude, and skills. Departing from these problems, the development of Islamic education curriculum becomes vital to be carried out by related institutions and the religious teachers themselves. The research aims to find about and analyse: (1) the development of Islamic education objectives; (2) the development of Islamic education content; (3) the development of Islamic education implementation; and (4) the development of Islamic education evaluation. It employed the case study method with qualitative approach. Data were collected using the techniques of interview, observation, and documentary study. Based on the results, it is found that Islamic education is developed with the objective of developing the academic abilities and promoting Islamic character values in students. Islamic education content is developed into two categories, the intracurricularone in the form of Tarjamah (translation) subject and in the school culture taking the forms of Tahfiẓ (Quran memorization) and Taqwa Character Building (TCB). The evaluation of Islamic education curriculum is developed into two activities, namely the evaluation in each unit of DarulHikam School and the one conducted by a special team from the DarulHikam Foundation. | ||
