Sutomo (1502124): Pembuatan Welding Cart untuk Mesin Las SMAW Type Esab Buddy Arc 400 I Penyusunan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan welding cart yang akan digunakan untuk mobilitas mesin las SMAW Type Esab Buddy Arc 400 I, serta untuk memperoleh besaran waktu dan biaya produksi yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan welding cart. Pembuatan welding cart ini material yang digunakan adalah besi Hollow, besi pipa, plat eser dan roda. Proses pembuatan komponen ini dilakukan melalui: 1) Proses pemotongan; 2) Proses Pengelasan SMAW; 3) Proses finishing dan pengecetan. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan welding cart ini adalah 216,99 menit. Dengan total biaya Rp 921.000,00 (termasuk biaya material dan biaya fabrikasi). Kata kunci: Pembuatan welding cart untuk mesin las SMAW Type Esab Buddy Arc 400 I, waktu dan biaya produksi. BSTRAK Sutomo (1502124): Manufacture of Welding Carts for SMAW Welding Machines Type Esab Buddy Arc 400 I The preparation of this final project aims to produce a welding cart which will be used for the mobility of the SMAW Type Esab Buddy welding machine Arc 400 I, and to obtain the amount of time and production costs needed in making welding carts. Making this welding cart the material used is Hollow iron, pipe iron, eser plate and wheels. The process of making these components is done through: 1) Cutting process; 2) SMAW Welding Process; 3) The process of finishing and painting.
