Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kebijakan dividen dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada Indeks Kompas 100 yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 perusahaan selama lima tahun dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2016 hingga mendapatkan 500 data observasi. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier multipel data panel. Kesimpulan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. ;---This research aims at investigating the influence of dividend policy and profitability on stock price at Kompas 100 Index listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research method used in this study was descriptive and verificative method. The technique for collecting sample is purposive sampling to get 100 companies in five years from 2012 to 2016 to get 500 observation data. Statistical analyses used in this research were linier regression multiple with panel data. Conclution of this research is that dividend policy has no influence on stock price and profitability has a positive influence on stock price.
