| Summary: | ABSTRAK PENGARUH KKN TEMATIK CITARUM HARUM DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KOMPETENSI SOFT SKILLS ABAD 21 PADA MAHASISWA UPI Kuliah Kerja Nyata tematik Citarum Harum merupakan salah satu program perguruan tinggi dalam membantu mempercepat pengendalian Daerah Aliran Sungai Citarum melalui pengintegrasian antara pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendidikan dan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa serta hubungan dan pengaruh Kuliah Kerja Nyata tematik Citarum Harum dengan kompetensi soft skills Abad 21 pada mahasiswa Universitas Pendididikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian dihimpun melalui penyebaran angket tehadap mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Setelah melakukan beberapa pengujian, diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukan: 1) persepsi mahasiswa dalam kategori yang baik dan pandangan yang positif karena hampir keseluruhan responden menyatakan "Setuju" terhadap indikator tujuan dari pelaksanaan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata tematik Citarum Harum Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, 2) hubungan antara Kuliah Kerja Nyata tematik Citarum Harum dan kompetensi soft skills abad 21 menurut hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi pada kategori hubungan yang cukup kuat dan signifikan. 3) pengaruh Kuliah Kerja Nyata tematik Citarum Harum dengan kompetensi soft skills Abad 21 pada mahasiswa UPI menurut hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi hingga 25,9% terhadap pertumbuhan kompetensi soft skills abad 21 pada mahasiswa UPI. Sedangkan, hasil nilai signifikansi dan uji regresi terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan KKN Tematik Citarum Harum dalam menumbuhkan kompetensi soft skills mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Kuliah Kerja Nyata, Citarum Harum, Kompetensi soft skills ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF CITARUM HARUM THEMATIC COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM IN FOSTERING THE 21ST CENTURY SOFT SKILLS COMPETENCY IN UPI STUDENTS The Citarum Harum thematic community service program is one of the higher education programs to accelerate the control of Citarum River Basin through the integration of community service and research. The aim of this study is to discover the students' perception and the relation and effect of the Citarum Harum thematic community service with the 21st century's soft skills competency in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia students. This study is using the quantitative approach and descriptive method. The data were collected through giving questionnaire to the students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with the samples up to 100. After the data were collected and tested, the study shows: 1) the students' perceptions are in a good category and having a positive outlook because almost all respondents stated "agree" to the objectives of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia's Citarum Harum thematic community service program, 2) the correlation between Citarum Harum thematic community service program and the 21st century's soft skills competency shows a coefficient correlation it is categorized as a fairly strong correlation and it is strengthened that there is a significant correlation. 3) the effect of Citarum Harum thematic community service program and the 21st century's soft skills competency to UPI students based on the results of the determination test showed a contribution up to 25.9% towards the growth of the 21st century's soft skills competency for UPI students. Whereas the significance and the regression test shows that significant positive influence from the Citarum Harum thematic community service program to foster the soft skills competency in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia students.
