Summary:ABSTRAK Real World Situation Problem Based Learning (PBL) adalah model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang ada di dunia nyata atau di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga dapat membangun pola berpikir kritis siswa. Education Sustainable Development (ESD) merupakan suatu konteks atau isu-isu yang akan dijadikan masalah terkait model pembelajaran yang digunakan yang berhubungan dengan ESD yang dapat membangun profil Sustainability Awareness siswa. Sehingga Real World Situation Problem Based Learning dengan menggunakan konteks ESD pada penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dan membangun profil Sustainability Awareness siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan kognitif dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda, angket profil Sustainability Awareness, dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Real World Situation Problem Based Learning menggunakan Konteks ESD. Instrumen diberikan kepada 30 siswa di salah satu SMA di Kota Cimahi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Real World Situation Problem Based Learning menggunakan Konteks ESD dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa melalui hasil pretest dan posttest serta profil Sustainability Awareness setelah kegiatan pembelajaran. ABSTRACT Real World Situation Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a learning model that engages students to solve a problem that exists in the real world or in daily life. So that it can build a student's critical thinking pattern. Education Sustainable Development (ESD) is a context or issue that will be a problem related to the learning model used in conjunction with ESD that can build the students ' Sustainability Awareness profile. So that Real World Situation Problem-Based Learning uses ESD context in this research to improve student learning performance and build student's Sustainability Awareness profile. This research uses one group pretest-posttest design. The instruments used are cognitive proficiency tests in the form of multiple-choice questions, a Sustainability Awareness profile questionnaire, and a Real World Situation Problem-Based Learning Model Observation sheet using ESD context. The instrument was given to 30 students at one of high school in Cimahi. The results show that implementing Real World Situation Problem Based Learning models using ESD context can improve student learning performance through pretests and posttest results as well as Sustainability Awareness profiles after learning activities.
