Problem in the process of education in Kindergarten which is closely relation to the motor learning, which is less than the maximum due to limited knowledge of teachers in the motor learning, this can be offset by motivation of the teachers in the learning activites. Motivation is very important because it is one factor the must be owned by a Kindergarten teachers, so that students become more increased activity of learning. So the anthors are interested in knowing how big contribution competence and motivation teachers on the uality of motor learning services in Kindergarten all Cimahi City is. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant impact towards to the contribution competence teachers of pedagogical, professional, and motivation in order to give quality of motor movement learning services in Kindergarten all Cimahi city. Based on the problems and goals to be achieved in this study the research method used was a correllation method which are reflected in the correllation coeficient. Variables in this study consists of the independent variable is the competence pedagogical, professional, and motivation of teacher, while the dependent variable is the quality of motor is learning services. Population in this research is a Kindergartens teacher in all Cimahi city, theres samples use in this study is the entirety of the population taken at random so that a school represented by one teacher and one principal amounting to 96 people. The analysis used in this study are correllational test. Analysis nomine contained in the instrument containing the variables studys. The obtainable results conclude that the teachers pedagogical competence give a contributions 68,8 percent toward to the quality of motor learning services in Kindergarten all Cimahi city, teachers professional competence also give a contribution 82,4 percent to the quality of motor learning services in Kindergarten all Cimahi city, teachers motivation give a contribution 83,1 percent to the quality of motor learning services in Kindergarten all Cimahi city, teachers pedagogical, professional, and motivation give a contribution simultaneuosly 87,4 percent to the quality of motor learning services in Kindergarten all Cimahi city. By this finding the writer conclude that the teachers pedagogical competence, professional, and motivation give a contributions to the quality of motor learning services in Kindergarten. Berangkat dari permasalahan bahwasanya tingkat kompetensi dan motivasi guru Taman Kanak-kanak tidak memadai jika ditinjau dari tujuan utama bahwa pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-kanak khususnya pembelajaran motorik lebih menggali potensi anak agar potensi motorik dapat tergali dengan semaksimal mungkin. Permasalahan dalam proses pendidikan di Taman Kanak-kanak yang erat kaitannya dengan pembelajaran motorik yang kurang maksimal dikarenakan keterbatasan guru dalam pengetahuan motorik, hal ini dapat diimbangi dengan motivasi yang dimiliki guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Motivasi sangat penting karena merupakan salah satu faktor yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang Guru Taman Kanak-kanak agar siswa menjadi lebih meningkat aktivitas belajarnya. Sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi kompetensi dan motivasi guru terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran motorik di Taman Kanak-kanak se Kota Cimahi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik, profesional dan motivasi guru terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran gerak motorik di Taman Kanak-kanak se Kota Cimahi. Berdasarkan permasalahan dan tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini, maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional yang di refleksikan dalam koefisien korelasi. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari, variabel independen yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan motivasi guru, dan variabel dependen yaitu mutu layanan pembelajaran motorik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Taman Kanak-kanak se Kota Cimahi, adapun sampel yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi yang diambil secara random sehingga satu sekolah diwakili oleh satu orang guru dan satu orang kepala sekolah yang berjumlah 96 orang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasional. Data yang dianalisis terdapat dalam instrumen yang memuat variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru secara signifikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 68,8 persen terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran motorik di Taman kanak-kanak se Kota Cimahi, kompetensi profesional guru secara signifikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 82,4 persen terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran motorik di Taman Kanak-kanak se Kota Cimahi, motivasi guru secara signifikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 83,1 persen terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran motorik di Taman Kanak-kanak se Kota Cimahi, kompetensi pedagogik, profesional dan motivasi guru secara signifikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 87,4 persen terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran motorik di Taman Kanak-kanak se Kota Cimahi. Dengan temuan tersebut peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi dan motivasi guru memberikan kontribusi terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran motorik di Taman Kanak-kanak. | ||
