Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi, Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey explanasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi keseluruhan penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapat gambaran tingkat lingkungan kerja fisik pada kategori sedang, gambaran tingkat disiplin kerja berada pada kategori tinggi, dan gambaran tingkat kinerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh saecara silmutan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Fisik, Disiplin, Kinerja Guru This research was carried out at Pasundan 1 Cimahi Vocational School. The problem raised in this study eas the lack of optimal teacher performance at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on teacher performance at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The method used in this study is explanation survey. This study is using quantitative study. The population used in this study is teachers at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained an overview of the level of physical work environment in the medium category, the description of the level of work discipline is in the high category, and the picture of the level of teacher performance is in the medium category. The results of the hypothesis test show that the Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline affect the performance of teachers. Keywords: Physical Environment, Discipline, Teacher Performance
