Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh turunnya nilai perusahaan yang terjadi pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Keputusan Pendanaan dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), gambaran Profitabilitas dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Return On Equity (ROE) dan gambaran Nilai Perusahaan dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Price Book Value (PBV). Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi data panel, uji keberartian regresi, dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder DER, ROE, dan PBV pada perusahaan Sektor Pertanian periode 2013-2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan DER mengalami peningkatan, perkembangan ROE mengalami penurunan, dan perkembangan PBV mengalami fluktuasi cenderung menurun. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keputusan Pendanaan (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Sektor Pertanian. ..... This research is motivated by the decrease of company value that happened to Agricultural Sector Company. This research aims to know the description of Financing Decision with a measuring indicators that is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), description Profitability with a measuring indicators that is Return On Equity (ROE), and description Company Value with a measuring indicator that is Price Book Value (PBV) This research also aims to determine how much influence Financing Decision and Profitability on Company Value in the Agricultural Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is descriptive and verificative by using hypothesis testing. The analysis tools used include panel data regression analysis, test of significance of regression, and test the significance of regression coefficient. The data used are secondary data of DER, ROE, and PBV in Agriculture Sector company period 2013-2016. The results of this research indicate that the development of DER has increased, the development of ROE has decreased, and the development of PBV fluctuations tend to decline. The results showed that the variables Financing Decision (DER) has a negative effect on Company Value and Profitability (ROE) have a positive effect on Company Valuein the Agricultural Sector.
