| Summary: | Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemampuan kerjasama siswa rendah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan karakteristik awal siswa masih bersifat individualis dan egosentris. Siswa hanya ingin berkelompok dengan teman dekatnya, sehingga kelompok yang terbentuk tidak heterogen. Selain itu, pembelajaran kelompok yang biasa dilakukan belum memuat prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran kooperatif, sehingga kemampuan kerjasama siswa tidak terlatih dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran menggunakan model Treasure Hunt dan peningkatan hasil kemampuan kerjasama siswa kelas V SD. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD yang berjumlah 23 siswa tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di SDN 136 Sukawarna Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis & Taggart dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar observasi siswa dan catatan lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dua siklus dengan menerapkan langkah spesifik dari model Treasure Hunt yang terdiri dari fase penyajian, fase meningat, fase pengembangan dan fase evaluasi. Indikator keterampilan kerjasama siswa yang diukur dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1) komunikasi, 2) kontribusi kelompok, 3) menerima perbedaan individu, 4) mendorong partisipasi dan 5) efektifitas dalam belajar. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan ketercapaian indikator kemampuan kerjasama siswa pada siklus I menuju siklus II yang sudah melebihi ketentuan ideal ketercapaian indikator secara klasikal yang berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kemampuan kerjasama dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan data penelitian, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Treasure Hunt dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa kelas lima sekolah dasar.;--This research was conducted based on the identification of problems showing that students cooperation skills are low. The characteristics of students are still individualistic and egocentric. Students just want to group with their best friends, so the group is not heterogeneous. And then, learning groups do not usually incorporate the principles of cooperative learning. This research is aimed to describe process and result the implementation of cooperative learning type Treasure Hunt. The Method in this research is using Classroom Action Research Method (PTK) with Kemmis & Taggart model starting from planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The Subject of this research is 23 fifth grade students of elementary school in Bandung. The Instrument which used in this research is form of activities student and teacher observation sheet, and note sheet. This research was conducted in two cycles by applying the Treasure Hunt model consisting of presentation phase, recall phase, development phase and evaluation phase. Indicators of student's cooperation skill measured in this research include: 1) communication, 2) group contributions, 3) accepting individual differences, 4) encouraging participation and 5) learning effectiveness. The results of the research indicate an increase in the achievement of indicators student cooperation skill in cycle I to cycle II that has exceeded the ideal provision of the achievement of indicators in classical and have a positive effect on the effectiveness of cooperative ability in learning. Base on the data, this research can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model type Treasure Hunt can improve student's cooperation skill of five-grade elementary school. |
