Summary

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran administrasi humas dan keprotokolan kelas XI di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh cara belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran administrasi humas dan keprotokolan di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan model Skala Likert. Ukuran populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 responden dari siswa kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa cara belajar berada pada kategori efektif dan lingkungan sekolah berada pada kategori kondusif. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil bahwa cara belajar dan lingkungan sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.;---The issue discussed in this research is the lack of students' learning result on the subject of public relation administration and protocol of the class XI SMK Nasional Bandung. This research is conducted to discover the impact of learning way and school environment towards the learning results of class XI students on the subject of public relation administration and protocol in SMK Nasional Bandung. This research utilizes survey method, the data collection method utilized is questionnaire with the model of Likert Scale. The amount of population in this research is 47 respondents from the class XI of Office Administration major students in SMK Nasional Bandung. The analysis method used is double regression analysis method. Based on the results, it is known that the learning way is on the effective category, and school environment is on the conducive category. From the hypothesis test, the result acquired shows that a good learning way and school environment, has a positive and significant impact towards students' learning method.
