Summary:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan siswa di kelas IV SD. Permasalahan tersebut adalah rendahnya keterampilan kerja sama siswa disebabkan karena siswa selalu protes ketika akan dibagi kelompok pada saat pembelajaran, rendahnya sikap menghargai keberadaan anggota kelompok yang lain, ketika pembelajaran berkelompok siswa masih mengandalkan temannya untuk mengerjakan tugas. Selain itu juga, ketika siswa diberikan tugas secara berkelompok siswa masih mengerjakannya secara individu.Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan dan peningkatan keterampilan kerja sama siswa dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Script berbantuan permainan tradisional "Galah Asin".Penelitianini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, danrefleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis observasi keterampilan kerja sama siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran dengan indicator dari keterampilan kerja sama yaitu menggunakan kesepakatan, menghargai kontribusi, berada dalam tugas, kepercayaan kepada anggota kelompok, menghormati keputusan, dan mengambil tugas dan berbagi giliran. Ketuntasan keterampilan kerja sama siswa pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 22% pada siklus II menjadi 87%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Cooperative Script berbantuan permainan tradisonal "Galah Asin"dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama siswa di Sekolah Dasar.;--- This research is based on the problem of fourth grade students of Elementary School. The problem was the low skill of the students' cooperation in learning because the students always protested when they would be divided into groups, the low attitude of respecting the existence of other group members, when group learning the students still relied on their friends to do assignments. In addition, when the students were given assignments in groups, the students still worked on them individually. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation and improvement of the students' cooperation ability by using a Cooperative Script model assisted by traditional game "GalahAsin". This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) method by Kemmis and Mc.Taggart models which are carried out in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection was carried out through observation analysis of the students' cooperation skill during the learning process with the indicators of cooperative skill namely using agreements, appreciating contributions, being in assignments, trusting group members, respecting decisions, and taking assignments and sharing turn. The completeness of the students' cooperation skill in the first cycle was 65% and increased by 22% in the second cycle to 87%. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Cooperative Script model assisted by traditional game "GalahAsin" can improve the students' cooperative skill in elementary school.
