520 | |a Based on the research and observation on the students of Pinrang 11th Senior High School of South Sulawesi, had been known five of eighteen most prominent character values. The character values are independency, friendly/communicative, loves to read, care with the environment, and responsible. The aim of this research is to get to know about the planning, implementation, evaluation, program and the quality of said most prominent character values. This research was done with mixed method which combines qualitative and quantitative together with sequential exploratory as the strategy. The data of the research were taken from observation, documents searching, and also from the interviews of the Principle, Principle Vise on Curriculum, Dormitory Constructor and one of the teachers which then strengthen by the questionnaire data from twenty five students of the XI grade. Result of the research shows that, as the first public school in the city of Pinrang that runs a school with a boarding system with qualified teachers and accomplished students the character education implementation in Pinrang 11th Senior High School implemented by integrating the character values within the set of studies and in all of the daily activities done in the school environment based on the curriculum document based on 2013 Curriculum mixed with the school curriculum made especially compatible with the needs and conditions of the Pinrang 11th Senior High School's students proved to be held thoroughly. | ||
