ABSTRAK PENGARUH AUDIT MUTU INTERNAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA BANDUNG YANG BERSTANDAR ISO 9001:2015 Oleh: Lia Kurniasari 1304245 Skripsi ini dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hj. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas audit mutu internal dan gambaran tingkat produktivitas kerja pegawai serta mengetahui pengaruh audit mutu internal terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil capaian indikator kinerja sasaran dan hasil capaian kerja pegawai yang belum memenuhi target. Audit mutu internal merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh audit mutu internal terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket pada 32 pegawai yang menjadi perwakilan auditee dari masing-masing bidang di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung yang diambil sebagai populasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efektivitas audit mutu internal Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung dipersepsi cukup efektif oleh para pegawai, (2) tingkat produktivitas kerja di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung dipersepsi sedang oleh para pegawai, (3) hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa audit mutu internal mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, produktivitas kerja pegawai tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh audit mutu internal, tetapi terdapat faktor lain yang juga berpengaruh namun tidak diteliti. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the effectiveness of internal quality audits and an overview of the level of work productivity of employees and to know the effect of internal quality audits on employee productivity in the Bandung City Education Agency. The problem that became the study in this study was the not yet optimal work productivity of Bandung City Education Office employees. This is evidenced by the results of the achievement of the target performance indicators and the results of work performance of employees who have not met the target. Internal quality audit is a factor that is thought to have an influence on employee productivity. Therefore this research is focused on examining the effect of internal quality audit on employee work productivity. The method used in this study is the survey method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 32 employees who were representatives of the auditees from each field in the Bandung City Education Service who were taken as a population. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the effectiveness of the internal quality audit of the Bandung City Education Office was perceived to be quite effective by employees, (2) the level of work productivity in the Bandung City Education Agency was perceived by the employees, (3) the results of the regression analysis showed that the quality audit internal has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. Therefore, work productivity of employees is not only influenced by internal quality audits, but there are other factors that are also influential but not examined.
