Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMP yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan karya kunjung dan siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw; 2) Menganalisis peningkatan setiap indikator kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan karya kunjung dan siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan the non-equivalent pretest and posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di salah satu SMP Negeri Kota Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2, masing-masing berjumlah 28 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan karya kunjung lebih tinggi secara signifikan daripada siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan kategori tinggi; 2) Peningkatan setiap indikator kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan karya kunjung sebagian besar mengalami peningkatan kategori tinggi sedangkan pada siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw seluruh indikator kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori sedang. This study aims to: 1) Analyzing the increase in mathematical reasoning abilities of students who have jigsaw type cooperative learning with gallery walk and students who get jigsaw type cooperative learning; 2) Analyzing the improvement of each indicator of mathematical reasoning abilities of student who get jigsaw type cooperative learning with gallery walk and student who get jigsaw type cooperative learning. This study used a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental method and the non-equivalent pretest and posttest group design . The population in this study were all eighth grade students in one of the state junior high schools in the city of Bandung. The sample used consisted of experimental class 1 and experimental class 2, totaling 28 students each. Sampling is done using purposive sampling technique. From this study it can be concluded that: 1) Increasing the mathematical reasoning ability of students who get the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with gallery walk is significantly higher than the students who get the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with a high category; 2) Improvement of each indicator of mathematical reasoning abilities of student who get jigsaw type copperative learning with gallery walk increased high category while in the student who get cooperative learning model all indicators of mathematical reasoning abilities of student who get jigsaw type cooperative learning all indicators of mathematical abilities of students experienced an increase in the medium category.
