Summary:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya program kursus kehumasan yang diselenggarakan secara daring di PP PAUD Dikmas Jawa Barat. Program kursus diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi humas tahap junior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan program kursus kehumasan secara daring, (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program kursus kehumasan secara daring, (3) mendeskripsikan evaluasi program kursus kehumasan secara daring, (4) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi warga belajar Kursus Kehumasan setelah mengikuti progam kursus secara daring. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini yakni pengembang program, pengelola pkbm Srikandi dan LKP GIMB, tutor, dan warga belajar. Sedangkan sumber data pendukung adalah dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: (1) perencanaan diawali dengan identifikasi dengan sasaran program masyarakat pendidikan terakhir SMA/sederajat yang dapat mengoperasikan gadget, menyusun bahan ajar yang mengacu pada Permendiknas No. 31 Tahun 2012 dan aplikasi sistem MOOC. (2) pelaksanaan dilaksanakan secara asynchronous dan synchronous diawali dengan pre-test, pemberian tugas project, Video Conference, kuis hingga post-test, (3) evaluasi dilakukan dengan model evaluasi CIPP yaitu konteks, input, proses dan produk dari kursus, bentuk penilaian terdiri dari pilihan ganda dalam penilaian pre-test, kuis dan post-tes, serta keterampilan pada tugas project. (4) hasil dari program kursus kehumasan daring, warga belajar mengalami peningkatan yang cukup baik mengenai kompetensi kehumasan tahap junior yang diperoleh dari hasil pre-test dan post-test. ..... This research was motivated by the existence of a public relations program who held by PP PAUD Dikmas West Java. The program was held to increase junior grade of public relations competence. As the purpose of this research: (1) to describe program planning of online public relations, (2) to describe the implementation of online public relations program, (3) to describe the evaluation program of online public relations, (4) to describe the improvement of the competency of the learning community Public Relations Course after attending an online course program. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection through interviews and documentation studies. The main data sources in this study are program developers, manager of PKBM and LKP GIMB, instructur, and student. Documentation as supporting data sources. Data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the study were found: (1) planning begins with identification with the target program of the last high school/equal education community that can operate the gadget, the arrange of teaching materials that refer to Permendiknas No. 31 of 2012 and the MOOC system application. (2) the implementation held with asynchronous and synchronous starting a pre-test, giving project assignments, Video Conference, quizzes up to post-test, (3) evaluations with CIPP evaluation model held on the context, input, process and products of the course, the form of assessment consists of multiple choices in the assessment pre-tests, quizzes and post-tests, as well as skills in project assignments. (4) the results of the online public relations course program, learning residents experienced a good competence junior grade of public relation obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test.
