Fajri Rezano Pangestu Aji, 1504537. "The Effect Of Liquidity And Profitability To Dividend Police of non Financial Company on the LQ45 Indeks Period 2011-2017". Guided by Dr. Maya Sari S.E.,M.M. and Netti Siska Nurhayati, S.E., M.M. The research was based by the decrease of dividend share in non financial company on the LQ45 Indeks Period 2011-2017. This research is purposed to find out the description of Liquidity measured by using the indicator of Quick Ratio (QR), Profitability measured by using the indicator of Return on Equity (ROE), and Dividend Police measured by using the indicator of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and also to find out how effect of Liquidity (QR) and Profitability (ROE) and to Dividend Police (DPR). The method in this research used by descriptive and verification. These population included 80 non financial company in the LQ45 Index period 2014-2017. The sample was taken into 20 companies, with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique by using classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing by using test of F test and T test. Based on the F test, Liquidity measured by using Quick Ratio (QR) and profitability measured by Return on Equity (ROE) has significant effect to Dividend Police measured by using Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Based on the T test, liquidity has insignificant effect and profitability has positive effect and significant to dividend police.
