| Summary: | Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat khususnya Bidang Pembinaan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komunikasi merupakan elemen penting yang mendasari semua interaksi antar manusia. Organisasi merupakan wadah bagi orang - orang untuk saling berinteraksi dan bekerja sama untuk mencapa tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sehingga dalam menganalisis data yang ditemukan tidak terlalu fokus, tetapi objektif dari pengumpulan data. Pengelolaan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik parametrik dan rumus korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22.0 For Windows. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi variabel X (Komunikasi Internal) dan Y (Kinerja Pegawai) menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 6,5%.;--The object in this study are employees of the Education Office of West Java in particular areas of the construction of the high school. This research aims to find out about the influence of internal communication on performance clerk. Communication is an important element underlying all human interaction. This research uses a quantitative approach, so that in analyzing the data found not too objective, but the focus of data collection. Data management is performed using parametric statistical techniques and formulas correlation Pearson Product Moment with the help of the program SPSS version 22.0 For Windows. From the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of the variable X (Internal communication) and Y (Employee Performance) shows that internal communication has a positive and significant influence on performance clerk of 6.5%. |
