Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Eigerindo Bandung. Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai rendahnya efektivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini terdiri dua variabel yaitu komunikasi organisasi (X) dan efektivitas kerja karyawan (Y). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Dan yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan divisi marketing PT Eigerindo Bandung yang berjumlah 59 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa (1) efektivitas pelaksanaan komunikasi organisasi pada divisi marketing PT Eigerindo Bandung termasuk kategori baik/efektif, (2) efektivitas kerja karyawan pada divisi marketing PT Eigerindo Bandung termasuk kategori baik/tinggi, dan (3) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada divisi marketing PT Eigerindo Bandung. This research was conducted at PT Bandung Eigerindo. The problem that becomes a study in this research is about the low level of effectiveness of the employee. As such, the subject matter revealed in this study is the extent to which the Organization of communication influence the effectiveness of the work of employees. This research consists of two variables, namely communication organisation (X) and the effectiveness of the work of employees (Y). The methods used in this research is a descriptive method. The technique of data collection by means of dissemination of the likert scale model with question form, were analyzed using simple regression. And the respondents in this study were all employees of PT Bandung Eigerindo marketing division which includes 59 people. Based on research results, obtained information that (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of the Organization's Communications Division marketing categories include PT Bandung Eigerindo well/effectively, (2) the effectiveness of the work of employees in the marketing division of PT Bandung Eigerindo categories include good/high, and (3) organizational communication a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of the work of employees in the marketing division of PT Eigerindo, Bandung.
