PENGUKURAN INDEKS RAWAN PEMURTADAN (IRP) DAN KELAYAKAN MENDAPATKAN DANA ZAKAT TINGKAT KABUPATEN DI JAWA BARAT

Summary

Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan adanya isu penurunan jumlah umat muslim yang terjadi secara terus menerus. Penurunan jumlah umat muslim ini salah satunya terjadi karena adanya konversi agama atau pemurtadan. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyebab konversi agama adalah miskin ekonomi juga miskin aqidah. Kurang adanya perhatian pengelola zakat baik BAZ maupun LAZ terhadap kejadian tersebut karena tidak adanya data yang pasti mengenai isu pemurtadan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah model konseptual untuk menggambarkan dan mengukur bagaimana tingkat pemurtadan yang ada di daerah tersebut tepatnya pada tingkat kabupaten/kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan data skunder yang didapatkan dari beberapa instansi terkait. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Terdapat dua indikator yang diukur dalam penelitian ini yaitu indikator keagamaan dan indikator daerah tertinggal. Penelitian dilakukan di seluruh kabupaten/kota yang ada di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil perhitungan Indeks Rawan Pemurtadan (IRP) menunjukkan bahwa provinsi Jawa Barat termasuk ke dalam tingkat rawan pemurtadan cukup tinggi dengan nilai IRP1 0,43 dan nilai IRP2 sebesar 0,35. Sehingga perlu adanya perhatian yang lebih dari lembaga zakat baik dari sisi bantuan dana zakat maupun dari aspek dakwah. Hasil IRP ini diharapkan bisa menjadi gambaran untuk penyaluran bantuan ke daerah yang rawan pemurtadan dan untuk bahan pertimbangan pendirian muallaf center agar tindakan pemurtadan bisa dicegah. Kata Kunci : indeks rawan pemurtadan, muallaf, zakat ------- This research is based on the issue of a continuous decreases in the number of Muslims. One of the decreases in the number of Muslims is due to religion conversion or apostasy. One of the factors causing the conversion of religion is economic poverty also poor in faith. Lack of attention of zakat managers from both the BAZ and LAZ to this incident because there is no definite data on the issue of apostasy. This study aims to build a conceptual model to describe and measure how the level of apostasy in the area, precisely at the district / city level. This study uses secondary data obtained from several related institutions. This research is a quantitative descriptive. There are two indicators measured in this study, that is religious indicators and disadvantaged area indicators. The study was conducted in all districts / cities in West Java Province. The calculation result of Apostasy Prone Index (IRP) shows that the province of West Java is categorized by the high apostasy prone level with a value of IRP1 is 0.43 and IRP2 is 0.35. So that there needs more attention from zakat institutions both in terms of zakat funds and from the aspects of da'wah. The results of the IRP are expected to be an illustration for the distribution of aid to areas which is prone to apostasy and for consideration of the establishment of Muallaf Center in order to preventive act of apostasy.
