| Summary: | Penelitian ini merupakan kajian analisis kesalahan sintaksis pada hasil karangan deskripsi bahasa Perancis mahasiswa semester 2 Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Perancis FPBS UPI tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskrispikan: (1) kesalahan pada kategori sintaksis yang terdapat dalam karangan deskripsi bahasa Perancis mahasiswa semester 2; (2) kesalahan pada kategori sintaksis yang paling banyak ditemukan dalam karangan deskripsi bahasa Perancis mahasiswa semester 2; dan (3) taksonomi siasat permukaan yang muncul dalam karangan bahasa Perancis mahasiswa semester 2. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan mix methods dan the explanatory sebagai desain penelitiannya. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah teknik baca catat dan studi pustaka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 22 hasil karangan deskripsi bahasa Perancis mahasiswa semester 2 Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Perancis FPBS UPI tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang diambil melalui teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kesalahan sintaksis yang terdapat dalam karangan deskripsi bahasa Perancis mahasiswa semester 2, yakni (1) Bentuk penghilangan yang terjadi pada kategori sintaksis le nom (nomina), l'article (kata sandang), l'adjectif (adjektiva), dan la préposition (preposisi) dengan bentuk kesalahan seperti tidak hadirnya penanda jamak pada nomina dan adjektiva serta tidak hadirnya artikel yang seharusnya menunjukkan jenis atau jumlah dari suatu nomina; (2) Penambahan sederhana yang terjadi pada kategori sintaksis la préposition (preposisi) yang seharusnya tidak perlu ada atau muncul dalam kalimat; (3) Salah formasi bentuk pengganti yang terjadi pada kategori sintaksis l'article (kata sandang), le verbe (kata kerja), dan la préposition (preposisi) dengan bentuk kesalahan penggunaan artikel atau kata sandang, konjugasi kata kerja dan penggunaan preposisi yang tidak sesuai; dan (4) Salah susun yang terjadi pada kategori sintaksis le nom (nomina) dan l'adverbe (adverbia) dengan bentuk kesalahan penempatan nomina dan adverbial yang tidak tepat.;--This research is a syntactic error analysis study on the results of the essay description French language conducted by 2nd semester students of the French Language Education Department FPBS UPI for the academic year 2018/2019. The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) errors in the syntactic categories contained in essays descriptions in French language of 2nd semester students; (2) errors in the syntactic category most commonly found in essays in French language descriptions for 2nd semester students; and (3) the taxonomy of surface tactics that appears in the 2nd semester students French essays. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a mix methods and the explanatory approach as research designs. While the technique used in analyzing data is the technique of reading notes and literature. The sample in this research is 22 results of essays description in French language of the 2nd semester students of the French Language Department FPBS UPI academic year 2018/2019 taken through purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis, the researcher can conclude that the syntactic errors contained in the essays description in French language of 2nd semester students, namely (1) The form of omission that occurs in the syntactic category of le nom (noun), l'article (article), l'adjectif (adjectives), and la prepositions (preposition) with errors such as the absence of plural markers in nouns and adjectives and the absence of articles that should indicate the type or number of nouns; (2) Simple additions that occur in the syntactic la préposition category (prepositions) that should not need to exist or appear in a sentence; (3) Formations of substitute forms that occur in the syntactic category of article (clothing), le verbe (verb), and la préposition (preposition) with the form of misuse of articles or clothing, verb conjugations and use of prepositions that do not corresponding; and (4) Incorrect stacking that occurs in the syntactic categories of le nom (noun) and l'adverbe (adverb) with incorrect forms of nomimna and adverbial placement. |
