Summary

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara mendalam tentang muatan sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial yang termuat dalam buku teks buatan pemerintah (BSE) yang saat ini digunakan di persekolahan khususnya jenjang SMA. Seperti yang kita ketahui dalam kurikulum 2013 buku teks harus memuat 4 kompetensi yang nantinya diharapkan akan dimiliki oleh peserta didik, kompetensi tersebut adalah Sikap Spiritual, Sikap Sosial, Pengetahuan, serta Keterampilan. Mata pelajaran PPKn adalah salah satu dari dua mata pelajaran yang bertanggung jawab atas sikap atau karakter yang harus dimiliki peserta didik, maka dari itu penulis beranggapan bahwa penting adanya muatan sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial termuat dalam buku teks. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pengamatan terhadap isi dari buku teks serta peran buku teks dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya mata pelajaran PPKn, serta pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis secara mendalam terkait masalah yang dibahas. Hasil dari pembahasan yang penulis dapatkan yaitu: 1) Kurangnya muatan sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam buku teks buatan pemerintah (BSE) yang digunakan peserta didik jenjang SMA. 2) Karena pentingnya sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial yang diajarkan pada peserta didik maka dibutuhkan kreatifitas guru untuk dapat menutupi kekurangan buku teks tersebut agar tujuan mengajarkan kompetensi sikap dapat terlaksana walaupun terdapat kekurangan dalam sumber belajar yang digunakan.;--This study generally aims to describe and analyze in depth the content of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes contained in government-made textbooks (BSE) which are currently used in schooling, especially in high school level. As we know in the curriculum 2013 the textbook must contain 4 competencies that students will be expected to have, these competencies are Spiritual Attitudes, Social Attitudes, Knowledge, and Skills. Civic education subjects are one of the two subjects responsible for the attitude or character that must be possessed by students, therefore the authors assume that it is important that there is a charge of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes contained in the textbook. The method used in this study is descriptive method with observations of the contents of the textbook and the role of textbooks in the learning process, especially the civic education subjects, and the approach used is qualitative research which aims to obtain the results of in-depth analysis of the issues discussed. The results of the discussion that I got are: 1) Lack of content of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes in government-made textbooks (BSE) used by high school students. 2) Because of the importance of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes that are taught to students, teacher creativity is needed to cover the shortcomings of the textbook so that the goal of teaching attitude competencies can be carried out even though there are shortcomings in the learning resources used.
