Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai pasar, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013 hingga 2017. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 perusahaan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 24. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai pasar berpengaruh positif terhdap harga saham, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dan Leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham.;--This study aims to determine the influence of market value, profitability and leverage on stock price Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies Listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013 to 2017. The sampel of this study was 20 companies by using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing is done by using analyse multiple regression with software tools SPSS 24. The result of hypothesis testing show that market value has positive effect on stock price, profitability has positive effect on stock price and leverage has negative effect on stock price.
