Summary:Terminal Pasir Hayam dan Terminal Rawabango merupakan terminal kelas B yang sebelumnya berada di pusat kota kemudian di relokasi ke pinggiran kota. Bagaimana daya layan masing-masing terminal serta bagaimana perbedaan daya layan keduanya menarik untuk diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan daya layan masing-masing terminal serta mengetahui perbedaan kualitas daya layan kedua terminal berdasarkan persepsi pengguna terminal, yakni penumpang dan sopir angkutan umum. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis skala likert, analisis presentase, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji beda t-tes. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni sampling aksidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi penumpang terhadap kualitas daya layan Terminal Pasir Hayam adalah cukup puas dengan rata-rata skor indeks 54%, dan persepsi sopir angkutan umum terhadap daya layan Terminal Pasir Hayam yakni cukup puas dengan rata-rata skor indeks sebesar 53%. Sedangkan persepsi penumpang terhadap kualitas daya layan Terminal Rawabango adalah tidak puas dengan rata-rata skor indeks 39%, dan rata-rata skor indeks persepsi sopir angkutan umum terhadap daya layan Terminal Rawabango hanya sebesar 40% atau tidak puas. Untuk membuktikan perbedaan kualitas daya layan kedua terminal maka dilakukan analisis statistik uji beda t-tes, yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa data yang digunakan dikategorikan normal dan homogen, serta hasil analisis uji beda t-tes menunjukkan bahwa kualitas daya layan Terminal Pasir Hayam dan Terminal Rawabango memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan (nyata) dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 berarti < 0,05.;--Pasir Hayam Terminal and Rawabango Terminal are class B terminals which were previously located in the city center and then relocated to the suburbs. How the service power of each terminal and how the difference in serviceability of both are interesting to study. The purpose of this study is to describe the service power of each terminal and to know the difference in service quality of the two terminals based on the perception of terminal users, namely passengers and public transport drivers. The analysis technique used is a Likert scale analysis, percentage analysis, normality test, homogeneity test and t-test different test. The data obtained is based on the results of interviews with respondents with a sampling technique that is accidental sampling. The results showed that passenger perceptions of the service quality of the Pasir Hayam Terminal are quite satisfied with an average index score of 54%, and public transport driver perceptions of the serviceability of the Pasir Hayam Terminal are quite satisfied with an average index score of 53%. While the perception of passengers on the quality of Rawabango Terminal serviceability is dissatisfied with an average index score of 39%, and the average index score of public transport driver's perception of serviceability of the Rawabango Terminal is only 40% or not satisfied. To prove the difference in service quality of the two terminals, a statistical analysis of different t-test tests was carried out, which was first tested for normality and homogeneity of the data. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the data used are categorized as normal and homogeneous, and the results of the t-test different test analysis show that the service quality of the Hayam Terminal and Rawabango Terminal has a significant (real) difference with the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 means <0.05.
