Penyusunan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan jig radius hand grinder yang akan digunakan untuk pemotongan plat strip kapasitas diameter 600mm, serta untuk memperoleh besaran waktu dan biaya produksi yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan jig radius hand grinder. Pembuatan jig radius hand grinder ini material yang digunakan adalah besi hollow, plat strip dan St37. Proses pembuatan komponen ini dilakukan melalui : 1) Proses pemotongan; 2) Proses pengelasan SMAW; 3) Proses pembubutan; 4) Proses finishing. Secara teoritis, estimasi total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah selama 167,38 menit dan sebesar Rp.474.221,71. Secara real, estimasi total waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah selama 263,34 menit dan sebesar Rp.546.762,23.;-- The arranging of this final research is aimed to produce the jig radius hand grinder that will be used for cutting the strip plate with the diameter capacity is 600mm, and also to gain the quantity of time and production cost needed in manufacturing jig radius hand grinder. The materials used in manufacturing this jig radius hand grinder are hollow iron, strip plate, and St37. The process of manufacturing the component is conducted through: 1) the cutting process; 2) the welding process of SMAW; 3) the turning process; 4) the finishing process. Theoretically, the total estimation of time and production cost needed is taking for 167,38 minutes and 474.221,71 rupiah. In fact, the total estimation of time and production cost needed is taking for 263,34 minutes and 546.762,2 rupiah.
