| Summary: | Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu bentuk satuan pendidikan formal yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan kejuruan. Agar pendidikan dapat terselenggara dengan baik maka perlu didukung oleh berbagai aspek, salah satunya lingkungan sekolah. Lingkungan sekolah membawa peranan penting bagi siswa, terutama dalam keaktifan belajar yang juga berkaitan dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi serta seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-postfacto korelasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan analisis parametrik seperti analisis korelasi, regresi dan determinasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara kedua variabel penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa memiliki tingkat korelasi sedang sebesar 25,4%, sedangkan 74,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini. Dengan demikian lingkungan sekolah dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa.;--Vocational High School is a form of formal education unit that organize vocational education. In order to make it better, education needs to be supported with many aspects, such as school environment. School environment is an important role for student's activity and learning motivation. The purpose of this research is to find out the school environment condition and how much influence does it has on student learning motivation. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto correlation methods with purposive sampling techniques. Also, to find out how much influence between the two variables, this research uses parametric analysis such as correlation, regression, and determination analysis. The analysis shows that the influence of school environment on student learning motivation has a moderate correlation of 25,4%, meanwhile other factors that not discussed in this research influence the other 74,6%. Thus, the school environment can affect student learning motivation. |
