Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan komponen eretan atas pada mesin bubut kiangsi. Komponen eretan atas ini berdimensi 225 mm x 124,5 mm x 30 mm. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahan, waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan komponen eretan atas pada mesin bubut kiangsi. Dalam proses pembuatan material yang digunakan dalam pembuatan komponen eretan atas ini adalah ST42. Proses permesinan untuk pembuatan komponen eretan atas pada mesin bubut kiangsi meliputi proses pembubutan, proses pengfraisan dan proses pengeboran. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 2,15 jam dan Rp.1.185.749,00.;--This final project discusses the manufacturing of the upper slitting components on the automatic lathe. This upper slitting component has a dimension of 225 mm x 124.5 mm x 30 mm. This final project is to find out the materials, time and cost needed to make the top slitting component in the automatic lathe. In the process of making materials used in the manufacture of these upper slitting components is ST42. The process of making the upper components in a lathe includes the turning process, the grinding process and the drilling process. Theoretically, the total time and cost of production needed is 2.15 hours and 1.185.749,00 million rupiah.
