Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif, dan pengaruh kecemasan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif yang dimoderasi oleh efikasi diri. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik sensus, dengan partisipan 50 remaja penyandang disabilitas netra di BRSPDSN Wyata Guna Kota Bandung, berusia 13 sampai 18 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Social Anxiety Scale Adolescent (SAS-A) dari Greca & Lopez (1998) untuk mengukur kecemasan sosial pada remaja, instrumen General Self Efficacy (GSE) dari Ralf Schwarzer & Matthias Jerusalem (1995) untuk mengukur efikasi diri, Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dari Diener, Emmons, Larsen, dan Griffin (1985) dan Scale of Positif and Negative Experience (SPANE) dari Diener & Diener (2009) untuk mengukur kesejahteraan subjektif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecemasan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif; (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif; dan (3) efikasi diri memoderasi pengaruh kecemasan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif.;-- This research aims to determine the effect of social anxiety to the subjective well-being, the effect of self efficacy to the subjective well-being, and the effect of social anxiety to the subjective well-being moderator by self efficacy. The quantitative research is using census technique, with 50 visually impaired adolescents aged 13-18 years old in BRSPDSN Wyata Guna Bandung City as participants. Instruments used on this research are Social Anxiety Scale Adolescent (SAS-A) from Greca & Lopex (1998) to measure social anxiety for adolescent; General Self Efficacy (GSE) from Ralf Schwarzer & Matthias Jerusalem (1995) to measure self efficacy; Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) from Diener, Emmons, Larsen, & Griffin (1985) along with Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) from Diener & Diener (2009) to measure subjective well-being. The data analysis technique used are multiple linear regression. The result of the research would show that (1) There are significant effect from social anxiety to subjective well-being; (2) There are no discernable effect of self efficacy to subjective well-being; and (3) self efficacy moderates the effect of social anxiety towards subjective well-being.
