Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan full day school terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Latar belakang dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah penerapan sistem full day school di jenjang pendidikan formal sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Pada desain penelitian ini, data penerapan full day school didapat dari angket serta data prestasi siswa didapat dari nilai raport siswa. Reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X. terdapat dua variabel penelitian yaitu sistem full day school dan prestasi belajar. Adapun teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Temuan hasil penelitian adalah Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan full day school di SMK Negri 4 Bandung berada pada kategori Sangat baik, (2) Tingkat prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negri 4 Bandung berada pada kategori sedang. (3) Hasil analisi menunjukkan bawah hubungan yang didapat anatara variabel X (full day school) dan Variabel Y (prestasi belajar) memiliki hubungan yang lemah dengan arah negatif, dengan demikian kesimpulannya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh antara full day school terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, sehingga dapat dikatakan jika penerapan sistem full day school semakin baik maka prestasi belajar siswa menurun. .... This study aims to determine the effect of full day school application on student learning achievement. The background of this research is the implementation of a full day school system in the formal education level as a government effort to improve the quality of education. The method used in the study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. In the design of this study, full day school application data obtained from questionnaires and student achievement data obtained from student report cards. The respondent in this study is class X students. There are two research variables, namely full day school system and learning achievement. The data analysis technique uses correlation analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis. The findings of the study are that the results of the study show that: (1) The application of full day school in State 4 National Vocational High Schools is in the Very Good category, (2) The level of learning achievement of the tenth grade students of Electric Power Installation Technique in State Vocational High School 4 Bandung is in the medium category. (3) The results of the analysis show that the relationship obtained between variables X (full day school) and variable Y (learning achievement) has a weak relationship with a negative direction, thus the conclusion Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between full day school student learning achievement, so that it can be said if the implementation of a full day school system is getting better then student learning achievement decreases.
