Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara selftalk dan kepercayaan diri performa atlet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif menggunakan angket dan GPAI (Games Performance Assessmen Instrument). Sample yang digunakan adalah atlet UKM Sepakbola UPI berjumlah 18 orang yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, nilai korelasi self talk dengan performa sebesar -0,501 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,034 < 0,05 dengan kata lain terdapat hubungan yang signifikan self talk dengan performa dan kepercayaan diri performa sebesar -0,385 dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,115 > 0,05 dengan kata lain tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepercayaan diri dengan performa dan nilai R = 0,537 dan R2 = 0,289 maka diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 3.041 dengan taraf signifikasni α = 0,05 Ftabel = 3,688 dengan kriteria pengujian hipotesis : Ho diterima jika Fhitung < Ftabel 3,688 : dan Ho ditolak jika sebaliknya, Oleh karena Fhitung = 3.076 < Ftabel 3,688 dan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,078 > 0,05 maka Ho di terima dengan kata lain , tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Self talk dan Kepercayan diri dengan perfoma atlet UKM Sepakbola UPI.;--The purpose of the study to find out the relationship between Self Talk and self-confidence of achieving good results against the performance of athletes. The research method used is descriptive research method using question form and the GPAI (Games Performance Assessment Instrument). The sample used is the athlete UKM Football UPI amounted to 18 people who were selected through purposive sampling. Based on the results of the analysis, the correlation value of self talk with performance of -0,501 with a probability value of 0,034 <0,05 and the confidence of the performance of -0,385 with a probability value of 0,115> 0,05 and the value of R = 0,537 and R2 = 0,289 Then the value of Fount is obtained = 3,041 with a significance level α = 0,05 Ftable = 3,688 with hypothesis testing criteria: Ho is accepted if Fcount <Ftable 3,688: and Ho is rejected if vice versa, Because Fcount = 3,076 <Ftable 3,688 and probability value (sig) is 0,078> 0 05, Ho was accepted in other words, there was no significant relationship between Self Talk and Self Confidence with Performance Athletes UKM Football UPI.
