EVALUASI PENJADWALAN BERULANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE LINEAR SCHEDULING METHOD (LSM) PADA PROYEK GEDUNG GELANGGANG GENERASI MUDA Endah Rochmalasari, Rochany Natawidjana1, Siti Nurasiyah 2 Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Email : [e-mail] [e-mail] [e-mail] ABSTRAK Pemilihan metode penjadwalan proyek harus memenuhi penjadwalan yang menjamin kontuinitas penggunanaan sumber daya. Pada proyek konstruksi, kesulitan yang sering dihadapi yaitu adanya kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat berulang dari pekerjaan satu ke pekerjaan selanjutnya, sehingga penjadwalan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk suatu proyek konstruksi. Penjadwalan proyek konstruksi yang umum digunakan adalah penjadwalan dengan metode barchart, namun pada hakekatnya metode ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Pemilihan metode penjadwalan proyek yang sesuai menjadi salah satu langkah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui perbandingan umur dan biaya pekerjaan dengan menggunakan metode Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) dan durasi pekerjaan pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Gelanggang Generasi Muda. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian deskriptif. Data yang dibutuhkan yaitu data sekunder yang berupa time schedule, yang kemudian di analisis sedemikian rupa lalu membandingkan penjadwalan metode barchart dengan metode LSM. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa umur proyek dengan metode barchartt pada pekerjaan Upper Struktur dan arsitektur secara keseluruhan adalah 105 hari sedangkan dengan metode LSM umur proyek berubah menjadi lebih pendek sebesar 84 hari, maka durasi dipercepat 21 hari atau terjadi percepatan hingga 11%. Biaya keseluruhan yang dihasilkan antara metode barchart dan metode LSM 100% sama, namun hanya berbeda pada biaya per-minggunya. In construction projects, the difficulty often faced is the existence of activities that are repetitive from one job to the next, so scheduling is very important for a construction project. Scheduling construction projects that are commonly used is scheduling with the barchart method, but in essence this method has several shortcomings. The selection of the appropriate project scheduling method is one step to meet the needs in the implementation of construction. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of age and cost of work using the Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) and the duration of work on Gedung Gelanggang Generasi Muda Building construction project. The research design used is descriptive research design. The data needed is secondary data in the form of time schedule, which is then analyzed in such a way as to compare the scheduling of the barchart method with the LSM method. From the results of the analysis it is known that the life of the project with the barchartt method on the work of Upper Structure and architecture as a whole is 105 days while with the LSM method the life of the project changes to 84 days shorter, then the duration is accelerated by 21 days or an increase of up to 11%. The overall costs generated between the barchart method and the LSM method are 100% the same, but only differ in the weekly costs.
