PERANAN KOMUNITAS GERAKAN BUDAYA DISIPLIN DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN HUKUM BERLALU LINTAS PADA MASYARAKAT DI KOTA BANDUNG Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat yaitu mengenai banyaknya pelanggaran lalu lintas. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa masih rendahnya tingkat kesadaran hukum berlalu lintas pada masyarakat. Sehingga diperlukannya berbagai usaha, upaya serta kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak untuk dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum berlalu lintas di masyarakat, Salah satunya melalui sebuah komunitas atau community civics yang termasuk kedalam kajian pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ialah waawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Untuk mencapai sebuah visi dan misi yang dimiliki, Komunitas Gerakan Budaya Disiplin memiliki dua strategi yaitu strategi perubahan dan segitiga perubahan dan masing-masing komponen saling terikat dan harus bekerjasama, (2) Kontribusi Komunitas Gerakan Budaya Disiplin terhadap implementasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan terdapat pada Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kemasyarakatan, Pembentukan Civics Disposition, Sebagai Pendidikan Hukum dan Pendidikan Nilai. (3) Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat seputar peraturan lalu lintas dan didampingi oleh aparat kepolisian serta dinas perhubungan. (4) Faktor yang menjadikan masyarakat turut berpartisipasi berasal dari kesadaran diri (partisipasi spontan) dan dorongan dari kondisi lingkungan sekitar (partisipasi terinduksi). (5) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh Komunitas Gerakan Budaya Disiplin semata-mata karena proses dalam penguatan sistem organisasinya. Kata Kunci: Komunitas, Kesadaran Hukum, Masyarakat ABSTRACT ABSTRACT: THE ROLE OF THE COMMUNITY GERAKAN BUDAYA DISIPLIN IN AN EFFORT TO INCREASE TRAFFIC LEGAL AWARENESS IN THE COMMUNITY IN BANDUNG This research is motivated by the conflicts that occur in the community, namely the consideration that is blocked by traffic. This proves that there is still a low level of awareness that can be obtained across the community. Need for various business assistance, it is also necessary to do so by various parties to increase awareness of the cross-community, one of which is through the community or community citizenship which is included in studying citizenship education. This study uses qualitative considerations and descriptive study methods. Data collection techniques carried out were interviews, observation, study and field notes. As the results of the study indicate that: (1) To achieve a vision and mission, the Discipline Culture Movement Community has two strategies, namely the change strategy and the change triangle and each component is interrelated and must be met, (2) Community Contributions The Discipline Culture Movement towards the implementation of Citizenship Education conducted in Community Citizenship Education, Citizenship Formation, As Legal Education and Value Education. (3) Implementation of activities is carried out by means of socialization and education to the community surrounding traffic regulations and accompanied by the police and the transportation agency. (4) Factors that make people participate in self-participation (spontaneous participation) and encouragement from the surrounding environment (induced participation). (5) Constraints agreed to by the Community of Discipline Cultural Movements alone because of the process of strengthening their organizational systems. Keywords: Community, Legal Awareness, Society |
