Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri merupakan calon guru yang akan mendidik siswa SMK bidang keahlian pengolahan hasil pertanian yang siap terjun ke industri pangan sehingga harus menguasai konsep halal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat pengetahuan konsep halal mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri, (2) penerapan konsep halal dalam gaya hidup mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri, (3) bagaimana pengaruh pengetahuan mengenai konsep halal terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengetahuan konsep halal ditinjau dari bahan baku, proses produksi dan kemasan produk pangan halal. Gaya hidup yang dilihat adalah perilaku mahasiwa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri dalam membeli dan mengkonsumsi produk pangan halal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri berada pada kategori cukup, mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri sudah menerapkan sebagian besar konsep halal dalam gaya hidupnya dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif mengenai pengetahuan konsep halal terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri dengan persamaan regresi Y=37,61+0,78X dan nilai kontribusi sebesar 13,1% yang berada pada kategori rendah. ..... Agroindustrial Technology of Education Students are prospective teachers who will educate vocational students in the field of agricultural product processing expertise who are ready to enter the food industry so they must master the concept of halal. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the level of halal concept knowledge of Agroindustry Technology of Education students, (2) the application of halal concepts in the lifestyle of Agroindustry Technology of Education students, (3) how the effects of knowledge about halal concepts on the lifestyle of students of Agroindustry Technology Education. This research uses survey research method with quantitative descriptive approach. Halal concept knowledge in terms of raw materials, production processes and packaging of halal food products. Lifestyle that is seen is the behavior of Agroindustry Technology of Education students in buying and consuming halal food products. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The methodology used to look for effects using regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average level of knowledge of Agroindustry Technology Education students is in the sufficient category, Agroindustry Technology Education students have applied most of the halal concepts in their lifestyle and there is a positive influence on halal concept knowledge on the lifestyle of Agroindustry Technology Education students with regression equation Y = 37.61 + 0.78X and the contribution value is 13.1% which is in the low category.
