520 |a Pelaksanaan teaching factory pada minuman sari buah nanas telah dilaksanakan selama tujuh tahun, tetapi belum ada instrumen penilaian khususnya yang mampu menunjukkan standar penilaian teaching factory. Atas dasar ini perlu dilakukan pengembangan instrumen penilaian teaching factory. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan instrumen penilaian praktikum teaching factory pada produksi minuman sari buah nanas di SMK Negeri 2 Subang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan R&D. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui 8 tahapan, yaitu 1) identifikasi potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) pengembangan produk, 4) validasi instrumen penilaian, 5) perbaikan instrumen penilaian, 6) uji coba pemakaian instrumen penilaian, 7) revisi produk, dan 8) produk akhir. Analisis data persentase kelayakan dan penilaian dengan uji coba pemakaian instrumen penilaian pada 6 peserta didik. Hasil validasi instrumen penilaian teaching factory dari ahli materi 96,59% "sangat layak" dan hasil validasi ahli bahasa 87,50% "sangat layak". Hasil penelitian berupa produk instrumen penilaian, rubrik penilaian, dan analisis penilaian. Penilaian terdiri dari 5 item penilaian yaitu persiapan kerja, proses kerja, hasil kerja, sikap kerja, dan waktu, serta 33 item pernyataan penilaian dilengkapi dengan kriteria penilaian. ..... The implementation of teaching factory production pineapple fruit juice has been implemented seven years, but there is no standart assessment teaching factory instrument. Therefore, it is necessary to developed assessment teaching factory instrument. This study aims to determine the development of an assessment practicum teaching factory instrument on the production of pineapple fruit juice in SMKN 2 Subang. This study is a development research using R&D. This study was done through 8 stages, namely 1) identification of potentials and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product development, 4) validation of assessment instruments, 5) improvement of assessment instruments, 6) trial use of assessment instruments, 7) product revision, and 8) the final product. Percentage of feasibility and valuation data analysis by testing the use of assessment instruments to 6 students. The validation result of the teaching factory assessment instrument from the expert judgement was 96.59% which means "very feasible" and the linguist' validation results was 87.50% which means "very feasible". The result of this study is the teaching factory assessment instrument of pineapple fruit juice product, assessment rubric, and assessment analysis. Assessment instrument consisting of 5 items of assessment which is work preparation, work process, work result, work attitude, and time, also 33 items of assessment statement completed with assessment criteria.
