Tesis ini menganalisis tentang implementasi penilaian autentik terhadap motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi penilaian autentik, mengetahui kesulitan dalam mengimplementasi penilaian autentik, dan menganalisis implementasi penilaian autentik yang dilakukan guru PJOK terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PJOK kurikulum 2013 kelas VIII SMPN Se-kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sifat ex-post facto. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa/i SMPN Se-kota Cimahi yang duduk dikelas VIII dengan populasi 3.343, penentuan sampel menggunakan "proportionate stratified" random sampling dengan jumlah sampel keseluruhan berjumlah 501 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 22.0. Penelitian ini menganalisis bahwa tingkat implementasi penilaian autentik yang dilakukan guru PJOK mencapai rata-rata 83,07% masuk kedalam kriteria sebagian terlaksana. Para guru masih memiliki hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan penilaian autentik. Hasil analisis uji signifikansi menunjukan nilai 0,058 > 0,05, maka Ho diterima, kesimpulanya adalah tidak ada pengaruh positif implementasi penilaian autentik terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan siswa kelas VIII SMPN Se-kota Cimahi.;--This thesis analyzes the implementation of authentic assessment of the motivation. This research aims to analyze the implementation of authentic assessment, knowing the difficulties in implementing authentic assessment, and analyze the implementation of authentic assessment conducted PJOK teacher against student motivation on the subjects of the curriculum PJOK 2013 class VIII SMPN Se-Cimahi, This study usesdescriptive with quantitative approach with ex-post facto nature, These research subjects are students / i SMPN Se-Cimahi sitting in class VIII with a population of 3,343, samplinguse "proportionate stratified" random samplingwith the number of samples totaling 501 people. Instruments in this study using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22.0 IBM's application. This research analyzes thatlevel of implementation of authentic assessment that teachers reached an average PJOK83.07% Into the criteria partially implemented. The teachers still have obstacles in implementing authentic assessment. The results of the analysis of the significance test showed the value of 0.058> 0.05, then Ho is accepted, kesimpulanya is no positive effect of the implementation of authentic assessment of the students' motivation in physical education lessons and sports health class VIII SMPN Se-Cimahi.
